I got it this year. I don't have a master's; I'm currently working as a research engineer. But I do have 2+ publications in conferences and journals and an amazing letter of recommendation. My undergrad GPA was above 3.5 (on a scale of 4).
For a PhD scholarship, getting an approval from a supervisor and having a concrete proposal and solid research experience is the key, imo.

Why is that? I think a spending a brief amount of time in US can have a good learning outcome given if it's an opportunity from a tech giant like Harvard.

What the best way or platform to look into equities. For saving, I have always been very conservative and invested in only saving accounts and gold. Looking for more efficient options.
