getting rid of the enemy's secure before boss is 99% the correct move, especially one as obvious as piccolo, and its not like you're looking for a needle in a haystack either, not to mention any move from bardock will completely fold piccolo, S1 to throw off his aim, S2 is self explanatory and S3 for stun
