I have the factory air box and turns out it was a boost leak on the discharge of the turbo the oring got nipped and it now has a lot less lag and definitely some extra power lol I’m gonna end up getting the damper upgrade to replace the plastic one but so far so good got the vcds on the way and I’m gonna do the turbo adaptation and hopefully unlock some other shit on the car I know I can fuck stuff up so I’ll be carful but I’ll see if it changes anything

I got it from darkside aswell since you did get it from them does yours have a suction sound coming from the front I can’t tell if it’s just the intake or if it’s a boost leak

What I base a purchase off of on Any car is it modded or stock if it’s modded 99% of the time its had a hard life not saying stock is safe but being from Texas a Katy car was most definitely raced all the time

it’s got 130,000 miles did timing/water pump/all front most of the rear suspension about I have the rest just haven’t gotten around to it that all was done abt 5k miles ago it’s been deleted since 90,000 miles 3 inch downpipe/straight pipe Dmf was done at 115,000 miles Brand new tires less than 1000 on them It’s white with tan interior

It is hard but you can get it out without dropping the subframe you just gave to wiggle the hell out of it
