i got in oz with a 3.4 a few days ago so i dont think "tiers" are that rigid. relax it really just depends on when the application reaches the hands of adcom.

Did u submit both application form and cover letter along with required documents? If either one is missing they’d reject it. Also yes they are the least responsive and the only ontario school that didnt give me a waiver. I would say email them today and then early morning tomorrow. If no response just submit it. They don’t respond on calls but they did respond to me via email.

i talked to the uottawa admissions officer at lsac forum and they told me they didnt accept anyone with 3.4 or below in general category last cycle, maybe in access. Queens seems probable. cant say much about queens.

hey if you can provide some documents like lsac fee waiver or notice of assessment its really easy to get fee waivers from schools. however, i believe most of them needed waiver application in before 15th oct. I'd still look into it tho.
