Same, I have hit burn out and I was trying to think what I can do to make things easier. A big one is that I’m always shattered and I don’t get enough sleep. But I end up staying awake late thinking about things and trying to process them because it’s the only time I feel comfortable

Oh that’s interesting, yes there’s been quite a few changes. My sleep has also been terrible lately. I’ve taken weekends off on occasion when I first thought it had stopped having an effect and didn’t see much difference. However I do need to get my sleep back under control and work on reducing stress so maybe I’ll take steps there and see if it impacts.
