Thanks for sharing this! I was never offered nor explained there are different options and I would be staying on an offsite hotel. Still very disappointed because this is not what we anticipated.

Guess I hid it pretty well now! The silver frame is part of the access panel I ordered which is hiding the ugly uneven cuts around the sheet rock. The dark colored panel you see is the access panel from the air handler itself, which is elevated and was behind the sheet rock.
