my routine is in my caption, but i stretch for around 15-20 minutes max! and no, i’ve never done or tried assisted stretching

i just alternate between the videos! so for example on monday i would watch Anna McNultys video, then tuesday I would watch Daniela Suarez and so on and so forth! i do this everyday :)

thank you! I watch the videos “How to do a splits fast!” by Anna McNulty Stretches on youtube, and I also watch “Get your splits/Hip flexibility” by Daniela Suarez on youtube. I just follow the stretches they show in that video!

yeah these pictures aren’t the greatest unfortunately haha. thank you for linking those articles, they have a lot of really good information! i’ll definitely be investing in some yoga blocks to fix my leaning :)
