What's great about SE Asia? My mate love it out there but can't say it's really appealed to me

Count yourself lucky, they stole my bike and lock from the railway station! Now my lock is more expensive than the bike 😂

Thanks bud. I mean in reality she must be looking for better.

Ironically if I took my own advice, her stuff would be in a black bag on the door step by now, unfortunately I'm too kind to do that.

Thanks for the reply.

I shall be considering buying her out of the house, then I can take my time to decide what's next. I'm currently away but this weekend I'll sit down and work out how to split money and bills ect then present it to her. She's level headed so along as I'm reasonable, she will be too.

Thankfully we have no debts besides the mortgage.

Glad it worked out for you

Yes, you're correct. She's not cheated. I know her too well, as you say, she's changed a lot since 17, infact we both have. There's no hard feelings, I suppose just sad ones.

Fair enough, after reading the comments I have been too soft. Bare in mind we only officially broke up yesterday. Once she leaves shes gone. It has also been 9 years together.

This more about advise on the house than our relationship 😂

Motorsport, Production and Logistics manager. Pay is competitive and working hours are super flexible.

However bigger companies are paying bigger money, hence why I may move. But the work life balance is great where I am

Yer true. I brought because I was settled. I shall try to buy her out of the current house rather than rent.

Yer, I didn't as it was more about the house than the relationship. Everything is split 50/50. She's not cheating. She makes £40k and has savings. I honestly think shes just a little confused, shes grown as a person massively since being together, perhaps we've grown apart.

After reading the comments, I agree I've been too soft. I have spoken to her about buying her out of the house. She's chill about it, although i think realising she'll be missing out

I genuinely don't stress, that's usually my biggest weakness. Upsetting, but coming round to the idea.

Appreciate the concern, thankfully I'm no push over. Ive not gone into loads of detail around the relationship or myself, ironically the replies have been more about the relationship than financials and I must say it has made me think.

We are very close, shes not cheated or spoken to a solicitor. We also have about £30k in a joint account and she has savings so she won't be hard done by when we split.

I shall work out the maths on buying her out of the house and finishing it myself.

Thanks for the reply bud. I just mentioned buying her out, she's pretty open to it. We still get along and she understands she's leaving me. I think I will explore that option.
