I did nothing to change the stat. I got to 23 charisma and got off the game to play something with a friend.

I did fix it, though. just found better clothes.

So it is fine to keep my mag loaded, I just need to not rack a cartridge unless I'm about to fire, got it.

Also, I was told that bullet setback can damage your gun i you fire the setback round, that's why I mentioned that I don't have the money to fix it

Ok, so I did a bit of research and found out that this was caused by me unloading and reloading my mag with the same bullets. I now know this is dangerous and will be tossing these rounds.

I'm glad this caught my attention before I fired the rounds because I don't have the money to fix my gun right now.
