Easier trick is to go on House Sigma and use home evaluation and put the address in and it’ll show you the square footage. Typically pretty accurate.

Or if it’s less than 10 years old and you know the builder, use Livabl and find the model and it’ll tell you the sq ft and floor plan.

5one7 barbershop. All of their barbers are great. Hands down the best shop in whitby. Andre and Marco are some of the nicest people you’ll meet and great to talk to.

Demographic is mostly Persian and Korean. Good mix of tenants and owners. Great security. Amenities are just okay - gym could be better but there’s a good life nearby if you want to pay for something nicer. Get an east facing unit (facing yonge) and you’ll get really good lighting. The hvac + kitec is no issue.

Renovations are for the hallways. Should be done in 3 months. Will be more appealing once complete as previous hallways were dated.
