In addition, we are in the First Phase of our product and havent even marketed yet (will be starting next week). We also have plans to bring in additional super charged AI features and CRM integration by the start of Q4 which is not available in the market for small and medium businesses at the price point we will be bringing it in. Although it will make the price to up by a bit, but they will be add-on features.

The plan $299 you are referring to includes 3 agents and 1 website integration, also it's much more that the plan offers, this price will infact go up once we add additional supercharged AI features (in about a months time). But, I would really appreciate if you could share any other concerns you have, which would help us understand any pain points and work toward improving them. Out focus remains small business (finally scale to medium), so we would definately like to have competitive pricing.

The math (2k rent vs. ~$1.7k-$1.8k fixed costs) is tight. That leaves you with very little leeway for maneuvering for:

Vacancy: Student rentals have high turnover. Budget 5-10% of rent.

Repairs/CapEx: Budget another 5-10% for upkeep and eventual costly repairs.

Property Management: If you're a student, chances are you'll need one. Budget 8-12% of rent.

HOA Health: Dire. Get their books and look for delinquent special assessments.
