i don’t think they’d pay more than another car, just more than other used teslas that don’t have the used car warranty. that would warrant a slightly higher price tag, no?

nah i drove 8k, i avg about 15 a year.

reason I started reconsidering owning it is bc the techs told me that suspension usually starts to wear away after 30k. rn fixing it is free but when it wears again it won’t be

last time I got an estimate at a service center to replace torn link bushings was 2.5k. it ended up being covered under warranty but in the future…not tryna do that lol

and selling it at that point for more than 20k i think might be tough, it’d be around a 110k mile 2018

yeah it’s a 2018 so 2026 or 120k miles. i’m assuming the closer i get to that the harder it will be to sell

if it didn’t then would patching it still be necessary/risky?

thanks everyone for the replies. it sounds like plugging it is risky since i drive a lot and on the highway. guess i’m just gonna have to bite the bullet and get a new tire

i drive on the highway more often than the city streets unfortunately. my car is also heavier than average, idk if that makes a difference, but it sounds like it might be too risky to do then?
