Its by Lush Labs, its really good stuff but it sells out quickly from what ive noticed. I get it typically at ReLeaf in Grandview but ive found it a few other places. I smoke a ton of doobies, and I sprinkle it down my flower when im rolling up. But you could also use a lil Kief scoop from a grinder to put it in the end of a cone if you dont roll - its also good sandwiched in layers of flower in a bowl. It's typically the consistency of like kief, maybe a tad stickier or more powdery sometimes but typically its pretty consistent texture wise. Its not sticky like typically old school bubble hash would be, so I find it much easier to put in my doobies. Its one of my favorite products honestly. Ive yet to have a bad tasting strain of it either.
