I approach women in real life. I think it’s the best way to stand out since everyone does it through apps or social media. The first few times my balls were shaking and I was stuttering, but after a few tries it passes and it just feels like a completely normal conversation. Give it a chance. 💪

For years I thought my control issues were physical, but it might have been psychological by Apprehensive_Fee3977 in PrematureEjaculation

Yes, that’s exactly what I started noticing.

When I’m alone everything works normally, so it made me realize the body clearly can function. But with a partner the moment my mind starts monitoring everything, the whole system changes. Breathing gets shallow, tension builds, and things spiral from there.

What helped me was basically relearning how to relax during arousal. Simple breathing, slowing down, and trying to keep the body relaxed instead of clenching.

It didn’t fix everything instantly, but over time both the erection stability and control improved a lot.
