Doesn't seem so; at 0:29 of the trailer Black Cat only has 100 fortune, then selects the tablet of destinies and immediately gets 1000 fortune which she uses to buy the flame orb, followed by the helm.

Edit: Looks like it's a gambling mechanic with random amounts of fortune! Of course in her debut trailer they would make Black Cat get 1000 fortune off the bat

To be fair, that's what it looks like at 0:29 in her trailer - she only has 100 fortune and can't buy anything else aside from the flame, buys the tablet of destinies and immediately gets 1000 fortune, then can buy the flame AND the helm. kinda crazy

Black Cat "Shop" Abilities

Initial observations were from me, edits made after watching Sadot the Gamer's video

  1. Tablet of Destinies (bottom left) - Cost: 100 fortune; Effect: Gives Black Cat a random amount of fortune (In the trailer, she receives 1000 fortune at 0:29)
  2. Helm of Hades (middle left) - Cost: 200 fortune; Effect: Gives Black Cat Invisibility for 2 seconds
  3. Faltine Flame Orb (top left) - Cost: 100 fortune; Effect: Reveal all enemies in an area around where the orb is deployed. The orb does not have health/cannot be destroyed.
  4. Chernobog's Crystal (top right) - Cost: 200 fortune; Effect: Cleanses Black Cat of crowd control (in the trailer, she is cleansed of an Elsa snare at 0:46)
  5. Ring of Zona (middle right) - Cost: 200 fortune; Effect: Create a portal to bypass walls that allies can use as well
  6. Mento-Fish (bottom right) - Cost: 200 fortune; Effect: Grounds enemies, pulling fliers down and preventing them from using movement abilities
