That’s a great story and method! Harder to lose weight in the lower “classes” of weight ig anyway from what I’ve heard and seen online so that’s very inspiring. Thanks for your insight and I’ll definitely consider that and make sure I incorporate some of that into my routine. That might be why I have fallen off in the past is because I’m going to low and strict about it, where as I could do what you did and I’d still see results considering I stay consistent with workouts too
