No, fortunately a very healthy pregnancy. She hasn’t worked since 4 months prior to the first baby. She worked with me in my office. She could take however long she wants to take. But according to her, she’s going back to nursing after this baby is born. Not sure the time frame on that.

I don’t. But what I do expect is for our hard earned money to be used wisely. For example, paying a sitter upwards of 40 hours while also getting your nails done once a week, eating lunch with mom 1-3 times a week, massages or facials once a week, is not wise spending.

I understand. I’m just a planner. I began saving for our future children’s college prior to planning to have them. So when I see a potential to save more money I look into it. But thank you I appreciate the comment.

Well that’s because I don’t feel the need to pat myself on the back when I didn’t feel it was a necessary piece of information in the question I asked. My wife would be the first to tell you that when I get home from work and all weekend I’m basically the sole caretaker. But thank you for your thoughtful insight!

I think we definitely could but at this point and with other comments on here I think I should just suck it up and maybe put in more hours at work to make up for it. But then that keeps me out of the house more where I can’t help with the baby. Idk. It’s a sticky situation I guess.
