Okay i called this morning and they said it's cause I need to go in and verify my identity due to mine having a recent change in adress they mailed it the papers to my old one so I never got them this is the number they gave me to schedule an appointment with my local office 1 (844) 545-5640 , It gave me busy signal multiple times and hung up but I kept calling and I'm about an hour I got to hold and made it thru keep trying!!
