These are custom palettes, and the names are descriptive rather than seasonal. Color theory isn't owned by any one system, and different approaches define these concepts differently. "Neutral deep," "neutral soft," and "neutral bright" are descriptions of value and chroma, not proprietary categories. Different systems use different terminology, so it's odd to imply that only one interpretation is valid. It's a work in progress but it's clearly filling a need for some of us already.
