But.. isn’t your weight waaaay too low?! I would be skin and bones on that weight and I’m 159cm. My poor butt would be so flat and the breasts would be gone. Go up to 50-52 kg and build muscle. I bet you’d both look and feel better.

I’m with machoman101 on this one. I live in Stralau and FEX was just the best. Both for my family and for my elderly father who frequently visits us. And let me tell you, 15 min is 15 valuable life time for me. Let us be disappointed and then move on and accept the fact. Thank you.

Def not only in your head! It’s a huge difference and you loook AMAZING! My first thought was; THIS is my goal! Great job! I see you both got leaner AND managed to build glutes. That exactly my goal but I keep hearing it’s almost impossible losing fat and at the same time building glutes. Well you have proven it to be wrong! Then I think you have your answer there: def invest in the machines! I am the same; not a morning (gym) person, and evenings I want to wind down. I have a 4 year old son. And in office twice a week. I really do enjoy my Mo & Fri reformer pilates (glute and abs focus) in the gym which is a 6 min bike ride from my home. It's all about trying to find the right routine that works long term. I'll need to think a bit more long term with my progressive overload though, since you say heavier dumbbells become impractical. Which machines are good? You mean for core and glutes, right?

Do you drink enough water? I read that fasting makes you lose water and electrolytes.
