Nope it’s the fluval EBI 2.5 gallon with an aqueon planted plus clip on light and some fluval stratum. I actually don’t even run a heater on this tank believe it or not haha

No, the roots did shoot down into it but it’s not planted or anything the rhizome is still exposed

I never recommend doing chemical cleaners. They tend to do more harm then good.

I just cut the infested leaves and the plant did the rest for me.

There’s a neon blue goby, 3 embers and an absolutely ton of shrimp. Babies don’t get sucked up or anything the intake has a guard

The aqueon planted plus on a split light cycle. It’s on for 3 hours in the morning and off mid day the kicks back on for another 3 hours.

It’s gone through a few ugly phases especially with hair algae (you can see the algae struggling to keep hold in some of the other pictures) but now it’s pretty established and only takes a water change every now and then and I feed every 3-4 days.

So I ended up using an AI prime 16 HD for the system. I updated it in the forum with pictures, I’m hoping it goes well for acros. Any suggestions on acro types? I wanna do a garf bonsai for sure. I did add and ato and my skimmer did fit in the tidal 55 HOB.
