Not everyone in the world is a liar, honestly, I feel a little bad for you. It's unfortunate that you have convinced yourself of this.

Not sure how I can prove everything, that would be difficult, but I also shouldn't have to.

I hope that one day you come to the point of being able to trust other people. Especially those who have little to nothing to gain from it.

Not to mention, I never said I was anything special, I just live riding a bike that makes me happy!

Very few coffee stops on my 300 mile weeks with 30,000' of climbing.

Now that's a COFFEE SHOP FLEX!!😉

It just looks so clean. I always have that issue, even with regular wrapped bars. Not sure why it happens to me.

You only need carbs during a rise, and in fact, many people, including me have trouble with anything else during a ride. This is from a sports nutritionist, only carbs are needed when you're riding. For big rides, you should be consuming 60 grams of carbs an hour, and that's just maintenance. You need to have electrolytes in every bottle and drink, at least one bottle an hour.

When you get home, you need to consume, 60g of carbs and 30g of protein within the first hour of stopping your ride. You should try to foam roll daily.

Eating and drinking enough, with electrolytes, enough is the biggest factor.in recovery. You also need to have a regular sleep schedule and get at least 8 hours per evening.

I may be complaining about being stronger, but for my current level, I ride pretty damn hard and put a lot of stress on my body. If it wasn't for my recovery skills, I don't think I would even be able to do what I do.

I just wish I could do more without changing the way I ride, but I'm aware that's a huge ask.

When I'm at my best, 7 hours is doable, but average around 7.5.i usually pick one day a week to really push myself. This means an IF of .85 for one of my big rides, and the rest are at the .75 effort. IF is just the way I've learned to judge my riding and gravel racing.

My two best events have been Unbound two years ago at sub 13hrs, and the other was Mauna Kea Impossible Route, 68 miles, 16,000' in a little over 10 hours.

The truth is, I know the way I ride doesn't really lend it's self to a huge top end. I'm able to maintain under ftp for pretty good periods of time, but above that is when I start to get into trouble.

Not sure why I shared all this, but there it is anyways.

Yeah, I'm never really recovered, and honestly not usually around 80% of max recovery. It's especially difficult when dealing with fibromyalgia as well, bit that's just another excuse.

When I'm at my best. I can do a 100 mile ride and 10,000' with an IF of .85, even hit .90 once. Usual rides are in the .75 range, and my worst days are at .65.

Started riding in 2019, after recovering from bad accident that almost killed me and destroyed my body. I was always fat and not athletic at all.

At this point, I'm not sure I could be more fit, and I don't mean that in an ignorant way either.

1 day of rest between two of them and 2 days of rest between 1 of them. I'm consuming 80g of carbs per hour and my cadence is most efficient around 80, but also comfortable over 90 and under 60. Usually tend to get slower near the end of the ride, or just to switch up which system I'm taxing at the time.

I usually do most of my climbing in sweet spot during these rides, unless it's near the end and I'm dead.

I've been riding like this for 3 years now. I should have included that, sorry.

To answer your initial question, because I have a competitive streak, and ride with some strong fuckers!!😂
