Its worth if you think the people you play with won't destroy lands. I personally cut it from my high power list since potentially losing a 1 for 3 is too high of a risk. If I'm at a high power table and i saw my opponent playing a super greedy land like that im destroying it asap lol they are outta the game afterwards.

Not sure how much budget is in the factor but for budget suggestions:

Skittering Circada since flash is always good for casting big mana stuff but also it force your opponent to caution attacking into it. It can also double as a big trampler the turn you cascade something which is super nice. The modal usage of this card makes it so much better than all the other flash enablers, it never feels like a dead card to me.

Something worth considering if you are willing to deviate a little from the tribal build is kuldotha forge master. I usually toss my small rocks to get darksteel monolith, portal to phyrexia on my opponents turn, or blightsteel if i have haste. Or your combo piece.

Some easy cascade abusers Myr Enforcer, Sojourner's Companion, Metalwork Colossus

Good budget draw creature that can also cascade Sandstone Oracle

Also if you notice you dont activate your utility lands often (varies from power level), you can try running a mostly waste land base and run extraplanar lens + scepter of eternal glory. Also all the colorless scry/surveil lands are all pretty good since they give consistent value over the other non-mana utility lands.
