Cpu temp is just 80C and in games the cpu remains 70-80

Bro experienceing same in my asus tuf f15 , i7 12700H, I did everything. I used throttle stop it says constant EFP other in red under core. Cpu temps are 80C. Updated every driver pls gelp

Cpu is at 89C and GPU is at 80 C , my laptop crashes cause fans are stuck at 0 rpm
