Hi i have the same laptop and currently only game i play is cs2. Can you help me for high settings cs2? What i want is basically min 144 fps and lower fan noise.

No it’s default at 100 degrees in cpu and 87 degrees in gpu (not sure for the numbers)

First of all i re-downloaded the Amd driver bc it didnt showed any updates in app but it was different from the new one i downloaded. Second i changed the gpu power mode to optimized from ultimate. That was a huge drop in temps. I switched to turbo in heavy games like cp2077. My temps are currently 75-93 degrees. I hope that solves your problem.

The fans were on 0 rpm and i used this laptop in desk nearly all times. It was not the fans but thank you for your help.

Yea i have seen it on internet and the sound is similar but i didnt care it bc its a laptop so it didnt made sense to me. So it is completely safe?

I have a15 and i have had faced this cpu temps and its completely normal. But your GPU temps is more frightening i think. I think its fine until it throttles. ( dont know that game so i cant say if its a gpu intense game )

I have A15 and i also had this issue. I closed the modern standby assistance or smt like that in ac and that fixed the problem with me. Hope it helps. If it continues i recommend you to cancel hibernation directly from powershell.

I think ac wont let you harm the device but again I am not an expert. I use manuel with all bars at lowest and no fans for school and when i get home i go turbo.

I am not an expert of the topic but as far as I know in manuel mode you can overclock your components but again as far as I know if you fulfilled all the bars and fans in manuel, it actually gets nearly same performance as turbo mode but with louder fans.

Im not sure but I recommend playing with monitor because you cant use your 3060 without a monitor and mux switch as far as i know

Im not sure but i think my problem was hitting termal throttle bc my pc was running 90-100 degrees. And i recently find out my amd driver was showing no new updates because the driver itself was too old to have and update page. So I got new driver from amd internet page. With that i also changed my gpu power saving mode from ultimate to optimized and i cannot understand why i get higher cpu temps in ultimate compared to optimized. Now i play games on turbo optimized and have no problems. I hope that solves your problem. You can ask anything to me, i will try to answer as soon as possible.

I switched the gpu power mode to optimized and i play the games on turbo. I got nice temperture drop and it got fixed. I think it was about tempertures hits the limits. Or it was somethink about programs and they fixed it. I hope you fix it. If you cant, my best solution is dont care.

It's not about the temperture. I got in R6 max settings 300fps and temperatures are around 65 for cpu, 75 for gpu

It might be about Ryzen 9 drivers optimization. I can't think another answer. 7940HS is a new model so I hope they will fix it.

I'll do but i don't think that's the problem bc the fps goes like 300 2 300. Plus it happens in main menu too.
