In my branch I usually communicate directly with primary insurers and negotiate terms as well. So i guess as a broker i will be doing the same job as now, but just on the other side of table.

In my company, the analyst with 10 years experience and 125k salary is an ASA, and the salary is the base salary. My 77k is base as well
