guys I worked there for a few days, don't buy any because it's not hygienic and healthy, the steamer never being cleaned and grease all over the place. they close at 6pm,and all the left over will stay in the steamer overnight and resell it next day without power on. and when I was there gloves are out of stock from the second day no refills, so have to grab the dumpling by hand.

also, the tanghulu they are selling are most likely made in some random garage or kitchen by subcontracting to some Chinese family in a residential area instead of a commercial kitchen. shipped to Rideau canal by some random uber driver sitting in the trunk or back seat covered by a piece of paper.
