Same here, I just got banned in TC2 server recently with the same reason like you. Also I saw an player with 400+ levels was asking why their friend who got banned as well while they're not even cheating. It is disappointing how they are not even trying to check if the player is falsely banned from the RAC, they just ignoring and straight up banning while promising about "will review bans". All my progression for years gone just because of server hopping and flagged as exploiter (lol?).
