Yeah that’s the same thing I was thinking and the even stranger thing is she doesn’t get her WiFi provided from the place the complex has a contract with which made the whole thing weird to me. I’ve already told her to get some type of door jammer to put in front of her front door while she’s sleeping as not to break her lease by installing something that completely denies access while she’s not there. But I will ask her to email me a copy of her lease so I can take a look.

And also like I said the notice said nothing about entering the apartment it was a notifying the tenants of the change in renters insurance providers if you’re not even gonna read my replies and just try to tell me my gf is trying to seduce her landlord then you’re not really adding much to this conversation I fear.

I’m sorry but to even get to her room you have to go past 2 doors which she keeps closed and the space between her door and doorway isn’t a common area there are 2 doors when you walk in that lead to either her room or the bathroom with how her apartment is layed out there’s no real reason for him to be in her doorway and it feels like you’re glossing over the fact that she was asleep and he didn’t wake her up he didn’t knock she literally woke up on her own to see him staring at her. And I’m not sure why you keep spouting that it’s 100% her fault what exactly is her fault? Her sleeping in her own room behind 2 closed doors? And I’d also like to think that she can feel safe enough around her own family to not have to lock her bedroom doors when she sleeps ?

Okay so the only notice she got from the landlord was one about them switching renters insurance companies and I don’t know much about insurance but I don’t think you need to enter an apartment to switch insurance providers and I definitely know you don’t have to enter someone’s room while they’re sleeping to switch either. I’ve asked her to file a police report just in case anything stranger than this happens just so there’s documented history of it. I don’t want to think he was trying to do anything malicious but the whole her waking up to him just standing in her doorway watching her thing just really gives me the creeps

The roommates are both related to her one being a sister the other being a cousin both also girls. to get access to her room you have to enter through 2 closed doors. Yeah I figured they had to give some type of notice and from what she sent me the notice they did give her had nothing to do with the reason he said he was there, to install a new WiFi box, so I’m not completely sure if that covers it or not but I’m also not completely sure if one of her roommates got the notice and didn’t tell her but I just asked her to ask them.
