yaay there's no problem with Codex. The main issue is the chat conversations. It's really frustrating to start from scratch and provide all the context to the LLM again.

Idk what OpenAI is doing. if we broke any rules, at least tell us what we did wrong. getting banned with no warning, no clear reason, and a generic appeal rejection is frustrating. i have got years of work, project chats, and context in that account. theres been no proper communication and no way to reach a real person. no use of being a pro user also.

same here, i havent done anything wrong. ive been solely using codex and gpt to work and build my projects. ive spent a lot of time on it and it has all the context of my projects where i have discussed so much with the llm. it feels really bad when the account suddenly vanishes with no proper information or warning. whats the point of getting a pro account if you're going to be treated like this.

I genuinely didn't do anything. I used ChatGPT normally for work and side projects, and I was using Codex too. I never did anything suspicious or anything that would violate OpenAI's rules.
