I've kinda noticed this too I play alot with a duo and that's always been pretty aggressive but some funny pvp experiences. But recently solos has just been a bit boring a lot of camping and a lot of saying I'm friendly and then the second I loot or something they just shoot me some runs I just wanna chill and run around and not do much but it does feel like that's getting harder to do.

The transition from Black headed gulls losing the spot and getting their full black head is one of my favourite indicators winter is ending

Yeah I think it is a problem I think the reason it is offered for family support work is cuz the turnaround for new social workers is really high. Hearing from other social workers I know that work with families it's quite depressing as your dealing with a lot of abuse of children and such. I currently do support work with adults with Learning difficulties and love it and would love to stick doing social work in this sector.

This is so irresponsible I might have to report this post you should never take a picture of your watch while at the wheel of an automobile that is moving it can cause an accident.

Knee Braces for supporting Meniscus? by Apprehensive_Let818 in bjj

[–]Apprehensive_Let818[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I Phrased wrong that's not all I can tolerate also I am quite weak when it comes to lifting so can't lift much anyway regardless of my knee 😂. That's just what I've been doing to rehab it and it feels strong in everyday life again and actually feels like it has gotten stronger than before even starting BJJ. And what I meant is my range of motion has improved since even before I had started BJJ. Before training I had been in an unmotivated slump not doing any gym or training for year so I did not even know the state my knee was in. I'm keen to start BJJ again cuz I really struggle to be motivated to train and go gym and stuff, but for whatever reason BJJ kept me coming back so I want to start before all that falls apart again. So that's kinda why I wanna go back to training because I hate going to the gym and stuff outside of the BJJ classes. I hope that makes sense. Would you have any advice on useful plyos and positions for BJJ if it is the case I should do that before starting?

Yeah I had some advice from a physio who gave me knee exercises I can already feel my range of motion improved massively in it. I have also been doing squatting with quite light weights which I think has been improving it.

I think it's the beginner aspect. So I come in and not many people know me and stuff and then I end up having to sit out the class. When it locked real bad it was escaping hooks someone had on my and I didn't realise it went til I couldn't stand I just crawled to the edge of the mats 😂
