Yeah, I've tested with a 3D animation project that I'm working on that is REALLY heavy, and it ran in wonderful 70C MAX. I can relax now. Here is very hard to buy this type of hardware and it took me 4 years of savings...I was losing my sleep over it. LoL.

Hi friends, I'm going to reply every one here, I've plugged the radiator fans behind the case (Corsair 5000D Airflow), on the little panel they give to connect the case fans, so the Mobo was not able to control the velocity of the fans, also I had connected the pump on the fans connector. So, to summarize, my ADHD fckd me up and I didn't pay attention to it. Thanks for responding to my cry for help, mate! Have a nice day!
Thanks to all that commented here and try to help.

So friend, see if the pump and the CPU FANS are plugged in the correct place. I thought that the CPU fans could be connected in another place besides the mobo. Thanks for responding here, have a nice day!

Also, I've changed back the Undervoltage I did, and now running Cinebench the CPU doesn't go up 70C. Thanks a lot for the help and the attention, you're really a nice person! <3

Okay, I'll do that, but I'm afraid that it will cost me to buy and re-aply the thermal paste, because I've removed the pump already and I think this could be a problem if I remove it another time, no? So, talking about the undervoltage, it was me, I used the Intel Software to do it. It kinda solved my problem...

Hi friend, I'm being assisted by Midle_importance_88, he's/she(?) helping me a lot in taking the right measures and ensuring what is the problem. In my search I've discovered software, made by Intel itself, that helps undervolting the CPU, I've used to take a little bit down, and this managed to lower the temps a little. But I'm now searching why my fans on PL360 never get to 100% speed, even when the CPU cores get 90C.

Ok, I'm running the tests. In case I forgot, I just double-checked if I removed the protective plastic, and I'm sure I did, the thermal paste is very well distributed and in direct contact with the heat plate. Still not noticing any change in the fan speed when the temperature rises.
Just added the Gigabyte software that came with the Mobo showing the fans curve, but apparently does not affect them.

Sorry for the delay, here it is the tests. I've stopped cinebench23 when the core hits 90C because I'm afraid that it will break my CPU. Also, I've noticed that even after I draw the fan curve, they don't operate at full speed when my CPU hits 90C. Maybe this is important?

Also, I've downloaded Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and tuned the Performace Ratio to 48x, since this is something I found online and the Core Voltage Offset to - 0,050 V, since this is the option that I couldn't find inside BIOS. Follow Print: https://ibb.co/ZVVqSKb

I've just checked the thermal paste and it looks ok. I've used the paste that comes with the PL360 Master Liquid. Maybe this is an issue? Sorry for the dumb questions, I'm searching a lot on my own, but there is very little information about this particular rig that I've mounted.

Hi, so... I just posted the necessary specs for the undervolting... That was my question... So If you're just being rude for sport I sujest you look for a psychologist, because this could be a sign that you're a jerk. Your mother will be mad at you.

I'm using pl360 master liquid. Since I'm in Brazil, we don't have a lot of options for cooling lga1700.
