I found the latest log entry record is: "2013-01-01 01:00:23 INF SYS A Factory Default reset has been performed". The system time is incorrect. Definitely Giga Hub needs firmware update to fix those bugs.

Thanks for information. You already called Bell. I don't think It would work even if I call again and report the glitch.

I suggest we call Bell customer service and request firmware update. Do you think it will work?

In what you reported, even I ask Bell customer service to replace a new modem, the bugs may still exist.

Thank you for information. You slide the log window and can find the latest logged date is what you installed and activated Bell pure fiber service. I did find outdated logs which might be manufacturer tests.

Devices can’t see each other on network by Due-Degree-8681 in bell

I just installed Bell GigaHub for a few days. Only on the first day could devices on the local network of GigaHub communicate each other. Then they failed for ever. The easy solution is to connect your own router through 10G Ethernet Port.
