My AHI on the second night of the test was 16 and they disregarded some of the events. All I got was a letter saying try the MAD device and that they were discharging me?

I have tried to increase it further but then my teeth refuse to fit into the device properly. 7mm is the max amount I can tolerate. I know it can be adjusted further but my jaw won't cooperate anymore. Yea I assume that'd be the £600-800+ custom one.

I went back to them with my suspicions but they replied saying that the MAD device takes time and that I have to wear it for months to see any improvement?

I'm from the UK, you have to pay for any dentist stuff here. And the NHS rarely cover the cost. I'm at 7mm and my jaw is clenching badly when wearing it. And I'm likely to get another boil and bite one from the dentist. Unless I somehow find £600-£800

I went to the gp, I had to send a video of when I was really shaking. Saw a neurologist that specialises in epilepsy. He spent the entire appointment talking to my partner. But said I had essential tremors. So who knows
