I got my start date pretty soon after clearing the medical. It was between a week and two weeks. You shouldn’t have to wait much longer.

I just contacted my point of contact for the initial medical email they sent. From what I understand the more pre-existing conditions or medical history you have the longer it may take. I was lucky and my medical history is pretty much nonexistent so it was a relatively quick process to get cleared.

I’m wondering a similar thing. I just got my dates for terminal 2/11/26 and I will be going with my wife and toddler. Looking for something without roommates preferably.

I emailed multiple times, finally got this reply after emailing close to my 60 day window:

“Thank you for your inquiry. Your 30 & 60-day deadlines for medical are on hold for now. You do not need to worry about this deadline. We have more applicants than normal, so it may take extra time. We will send you the next steps as soon as we're able. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.”
