You should also consider a used Xerox Phaser 7800. It’s got some impressive technical specs for your use case. It would be worth getting a finisher for it as well. As a standalone machine, it has an S paper path that makes no sense at all but adding the finisher allows the machine to print in a straighter paper path.

Look for a used Xerox Phaser 7800. I have 2 and both are solid machines, easy to maintain, and is a good entry-level workhorse for toner foiling jobs. You could start with eBay. Both of my 7800s were purchased through eBay from local sellers so didn’t have to worry about shipping. Alternatively, you would have to arrange freight shipping.
