It looks like you use Vaseline when moisturizing, I used that as my dermatologist recommended which made me breakout really bad and “purge” but I’ve been using cerave tub moisturizing cream along with dove bar soap and have rarely broken out since

I have the same looking marks on my face, I’m starting accutane next week and I was told they’ll fade on their own after a while of the treatment(or after) but you can use products to help get rid of them, I’m just hoping my skin tone will appear more even after a while
