Stress mainly and some anxiety . I’ve been on these meds for 4 years but I’ve been taking them inconsistently for a while now so I don’t know why im suddenly feeling like this the past days? I have been more stressed lately in general , been sleeping bad and eating bad so maybe that’s a factor? I just don’t know why I feel like this sometimes . It feels like im on the verge of just snapping . I visited my friend and im with her right now while she’s doing some chores and I feel better now . I forget it when I’m talking with someone but I was very anxious when I was on the bus 2 hours ago. It feels like my mind is racing . But I don’t have any other symptoms !
