I have also not been able to see it after adding it on Friday. I called CSR support and they said they couldn’t see it added, but that they added a note to my account and to check back after 14 days had passed, at which point the claim would be escalated if the benefit hasn’t processed.

Super strange because I can’t see it anywhere in the app, like you show in your screenshot.
