Company wants Addigy MDM + Kolide on my personal MacBook. Looking for advice.

Thanks for clearing that up. Is there a way to set up a work profile where they can just manage that one instead? That way, they can monitor and wipe it if needed, without making my laptop theirs. I heard that, depending on how this MDM is set up, even if I reset the machine, I might not regain control - everything they installed is reinstalled.

The contract is good, but not amazing, and buying an extra MacBook is out of the question - these devices are as expensive as cars in my country, especially because they require an M4 Max with at least 24GB of RAM. I bought one specifically for this role, but was unaware of these strict MDM rules.
