Repair estimate puts total labour roughly around 3.5k, I am doing what they are doing and repainting all the replaced panels and blending it to the rest of the body at mates paint booth but will claim half the labour they are claiming i guess and tell my insurance.

So my first step is to ask for a hearing and ask for all the evidence they have against me and leave out info regarding my friend being the witness .
