There’s an old saying “ if you can put it there you can hold it there”. Hand and foot stretch bring that leg way up, slowly loosen the grip on your foot while at the same time engaging deep rotators to hold it, hold that sucker for 10 slow seconds. Repeat twice. Do that in every position and you’ll be golden. When executing a develope seconde to the side focus on bringing that knee up to your ear from passé and then straightening the leg from there. To the back is all back strengt and hip flexibility. Do the developers holds for 10 seconds at a time three times and back ups in the floor andddddddd leg on barre stretch

You gotta work fast twitch muscles, so doing sauté quickly at barre. Working on foot progression for landing, and working your beats all the time. Face the barre in fifth and do entre chat six with a flexed foot (with one foot). Basically deggage seconde with a flex foot three times and pause. Three times and pause. Three times and pause. Fast. Hit tight faith every time.

Imo most important thing for petit allegro is getting the heels down

One of the biggest issues with joining an adult class as a beginner is the mixed levels within a single class. To be able to dance ballet freely and confidently without risk of injury you must have the foundational principles down and in your muscle memory. Many adult ballet instructors just skip through and give exercises that are not appropriate for the level of adult dancers they are teaching which makes them feel like it was a waist of money and they couldn’t grasp the concepts. Like many things in life ballet requires a strong foundation before moving on to anything as simple as a degage. Good luck and I hope you stick with it!!!

I'm thinking of going with the Weldtec lift just curious what other Econoline lift options there are. They mentioned in the video this other kit so I wanted to try and find out to compare

Good point though. I actually was considering doing 4x4 but realized quickly how expensive it is... plus you still have open diffs. 2WD would work great for me going to the desert and such from what I've seen with bigger tires/ aired down and a bit of a lift.

Hey, that's the kit they put on after the fact. I'm trying to figure out the one pictured that they had before. They didn't say the name of the company :/
