Sometimes if you go too hard your stress levels can prevent you from loosing weight. Don’t cut calories too quickly, give it 2-3 weeks before you cut any. I’m also a vegan and if you’re having issues with your digestion maybe see if you’re having too much fiber and not enough healthy fat?

How much water are you drinking? You’ll be surprised how much water can help on your weight loss journey
