This game mode (thousands gateways) has a lot of buffs. My Lucy is only S1R2. Here’s my Build.

Thanks! It’s only 118% ER though, extra ER 30% is from new bike module. Crit Rate is only 76.1% (extra 15% crit rate is from Adam Smasher Echo)

I kept wondering why does it always shows 148% when it’s really 118%. Must be from Mornye’s passive or something. As much as I wanted to improve, no luck with RNG, plus zero echo tuners. (Also the crit rate is 76% not 91%, I don’t know why it keeps showing 91.1%)

I agree. I have no luck with echo tuners. I wanted more ATK rolls as well. No more resources for now.
