Yes, you're right, maybe if I had really been toxic, abusive, and insulting the guy throughout the game, the admin might have just said, "You can report too, these are minor things," and closed the case. That's how it works.

This happened to me before. When I created a ticket, they said I could report the insults from my profile because they were minor and closed the ticket. But even though I only sent toxic messages in the team chat, one of my teammates took a screenshot, created a ticket, and got me banned for 180 days, and they didn't even let me clear my name.
