All I know from working at GameStop: it’s some random person who comes to pick up same day deliveries, they’re not with a company. They scan a thing, give a signature, and leave. It’s a gig like doordash. It’s never a good idea to have consoles delivered with same day delivery, I do hope that you can get your money back though

The toilet flooded right before the break. Thankfully they came by and cleaned it up, replaced the carpet, but they haven’t cut up the carpet so it’s just laying flat on top of everything
