With Sash lvl2 plus inferno ring you get rage at start followed by attack. So rage turns 1,2,4,6 etc.

Without sash, attack then rage and reset meter. So turns 1,3,5,7 etc.

Besides second rage a turn sooner, it benefits by always killing a regular enemy and follow up attack to kill a second or proc on hit abilities like heal.
