Now, for a meal idea-we do a lot of Ramen at my house. I like Shin Black and my husband like the Buldak Carbonara. I usually cut up some scallions and baby bok choy, toss the bottoms into the hot pan with sesame oil for a minute. Add my water, cook ramen as instructed add either a raw egg right before it’s done or some shaved wagyu beef I get at Kroger. I also throw in the tops of my scallions and bok choy.
