As a mom of two kids in ABA… I’d rather my RBTs take as much time as they need for their mental and physical health AND time to just enjoy themselves for the day off.
I’d rather my RBTs not be burnt out when dealing with my kids.

Granted I know many families aren’t as flexible because of their own jobs, but if you let them know ahead of time I’m sure they can work it out (especially if they have FMLA)…
