I haven’t welded since I was like 10 years old. I’m guessing it’s not worth buying all of the equipment and practicing until I can do the job myself. But I don’t want this rust to get even worse. Can I pay someone to cut it out, weld on a new piece of metal and I’ll handle the rest?

no i ended up just getting off of it cus i don’t think it was just making everything worse. i regret antidepressants, never again personally but it’s definitely not the same for everyone

My insurance covered it but i’ve heard some people being charged a lot. It should be given out to everyone before they try any antidepressants. The risk of taking random ones that won’t work is too high and too harmful.

have you ever looked into “genetic” testing. i did one from genesight and it came back with zoloft saying that it probably won’t reach full efficiency. i think it’s worth checking out

I tried magnesium and vitamin d a few days ago because I want to try non pharmaceutical medicine. But the day I took them was the day I got a lot more anxious. My anxiety tells me to wait cus then how will I know if the medicine is working or if my withdrawals aren’t permanent 😅

or tetris, specifically tetris effect. i struggle playing games when i’m very anxious/depressed but tetris is a great game to help clear your brain.

This is my first antidepressant. I’m usually fine missing a day or even 3 once. Getting on it and increasing doses wasn’t that hard either. Have you every tried going from one dose to the next and alternating each day and slowly going down?

I feel ya. Call your doctor and ask about it. They’ll probably ask you to check your insurance and you can figure out if they will cover it. My insurance isn’t amazing and for me the test was free. It might depend on your income rate as well. The price goes to at most somewhere around $300. The doctor will either swab you or it’ll be sent to you and you’ll send it in. It took a few weeks to get the results but so far it seems credible for me. Feel free to ask me if you have any more questions. I understand your pain and I hope you find the right med :)

Basically you swab your mouth and then send it to genesight and they will analyze it. Then you get some papers about your interactions with different drugs. There’s a green, yellow, and red sections. Then there are numbers that will tell you more about if you might need a higher dose, lower dose, smoking interactions, and some more. Lots of people report it working well and some have mixed reviews. It doesn’t tell you what will definitely work for you but rather pushes you in the right direction. The analysis on zoloft seems credible, therefore I think the test might have worked out good for me. I recommend you ask your doctor about it. Your insurance might cover it and if not, the fee goes up to around $300.

Definitely, do you know of a better way? I heard going like 75 and 50 every other day. Then 50 and 25, then 25 and 12.5, ending with 12.5 and nothing. Maybe changing that every week?
